1.) We provide store credits or refunds for any unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise, provided all tags are intact and the product is in its original new condition. Returns must be received by Blissful Boutique within 15 days of the confirmed DELIVERY date (not order date) of the item(s). The sale of any jewelry, accessories, scarves and ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and returns won’t be accepted for these items.
2.) We recommend shipping with some sort of delivery confirmation or tracking, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
